Who We Serve

 

Lifeline Recovery & Wellness serves adult individuals in recovery who are seeking a structured, supportive transitional living environment. We accept residents through professional referrals and private pay arrangements.

We collaborate with case managers, treatment providers, probation/parole officers, hospitals, and community organizations to ensure appropriate placement and continuity of care.

Referral Partners

 

​We welcome referrals from licensed providers and community partners, including:

  • Substance use treatment centers and detox facilities

  • Case managers and social workers

  • Probation and parole departments

  • Hospitals and behavioral health providers

  • Community and faith-based organizations

  • Veterans and reentry programs
